1. What to do if there’s a problem with my order?

2. Until when can I return my order?

You can ask for changes and modifications to your website at any point after completion, but we can’t take back your order as it’s specifically designed for your company, and it’s of no use to us.

3. Will I get a full refund if I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before we have started working on the website, you will get a refund. Once we have started working on your website, then the refund amount will reduce as per the amount of work we have completed on your website. Once the final product is ready, you won’t get any refund.

4. Can I get a refund if I am not able to track my order information?

If you cannot track your product information, you should contact us. We will ensure your website is working properly.

5. What can I do if my order is shipped incorrectly?

As already mentioned, there’s no shipping fault involved. However, if you have any issues with your website in the developing phase, you can raise your complaint on our official website, or you can directly get in touch with us through mail or call.
